Let me guess

You are currently employed as everyone.

The marketer. The bookkeeper. The proposal writer. The follow-up department. The web person. The one who answers every inquiry and writes every post and builds every workbook, and then, at whatever is left of the day, does the actual work you are brilliant at.

I know, because that was me. A 25-year business, clients like Amazon and Coca-Cola on the list, and I was on my dining room floor at midnight the night before a 6 a.m. flight, assembling workbooks by hand. Unforgettable on stage. An intern everywhere else.

You do not have a productivity problem. You have a staffing problem. And this is the year you finally solve it, without hiring a single human.

The company behind this program

I have 41 employees.
My payroll is zero.

Seven chiefs. Thirty-four specialists. Nine departments. Every one of them trained on my business, my voice, and my standards, and every one of them working while I am on stage, on a plane, or asleep.

41
Employees on the payroll
7
Chiefs in the executive office
9
Departments, fully staffed
$0
Payroll. Not a typo.

For most of a twenty-five year business, I was employed as everyone. The marketer. The bookkeeper. The proposal writer. The follow-up department. Amazon and Coca-Cola on the client list, and me on the dining room floor at midnight assembling workbooks by hand.

I did not fix that by working harder, and I did not fix it by hiring. I staffed the company instead. One employee at a time, each one built to own an outcome instead of wait for a prompt, until there were 41 of them and none of the work came back to me.

At human rates, a team like this runs more than $1.4 million a year. Their salaries are the subscription I was already paying.

This is not a promise about what you are going to get. It is the company I am running today. Keep scrolling and you will meet all 41 of them, by name, by title, by department.

No slides. No screenshot of a chat window.

Watch three of them actually work.

You have read the number. Here is what it looks like from the inside. Three of my employees, doing their real jobs, on real client work, start to finish with nothing cut. Watch what each one hands me at the end.

01 The Business Development Director every Thursday, 5:30 p.m.

Four meetings happened today. It pulls the calendar, reads all four Zoom transcripts, checks my history with every person, and writes four follow-ups in my voice in my What I Heard format. I am not in the room while any of that happens.

0:44
Ends with four finished drafts, every one in my voice.
02 The Client Experience Director the minute a workshop is booked

A contract signs at 2:14. It reads the agreement and the discovery questionnaire, builds the six-module day, and produces a thirty-four page participant workbook in my brand. The workbook is finished at 2:19. This used to be my midnight.

0:43
Ends with a client-ready workbook. Thirty-four pages, in five minutes.
03 The Chief of Staff every weekday, 7:15 a.m.

Nothing triggers this one. It reads my day, reports what the rest of the staff left on my desk overnight, flags the two things about to go wrong, and opens with the promise I owe someone today. I did not ask for it. It was already there.

0:42
Ends with a briefing built while I slept. Waiting for me at 7:15 a.m.

Three different employees. Three different jobs. Every one of them ends the same way, with finished work sitting on my desk.

The word that changes everything

Everyone else teaches you to build agents. I staff companies with employees.

An agent does a task when you poke it. An employee owns an outcome while you are not watching. Here is the test, and you can hold every AI program you are considering up against it:

Test oneDoes it have a job description, or just a job?
Test twoDoes it remember your clients, your calendar, your context, or does it start from zero every time?
Test threeDoes it write in your voice, or in AI voice?
Test fourDoes it work a schedule, or wait to be summoned?

My employees pass all four. In seven weeks, yours will too. That is the difference between renting a tool and staffing a company, and it is the entire subject of this program.

The Executive Layer

Meet The C-Suite.

Seven chiefs. Full time, around the clock. I built every one of them. This is not a mockup. This is the executive team running my company right now: while I am on stage, on a plane, or asleep.

Seven chiefs at $1.26 million a year. A bench at $15,000 a month. All 41 together, at real human rates, is more than $1.4 million a year. I pay a subscription.

The question nobody selling AI wants to answer

Autopilot, or staffed?

There is a version of this being sold right now that runs your company while you sleep with nobody watching. It writes the email and it sends the email. It answers your client and you find out afterward. It is genuinely impressive, right up until the morning it sends a proposal with the wrong name and the wrong price to somebody you have been courting for a year.

You did not spend twenty-five years building a reputation so that software could answer for you.

That is not what I build, and it is not what you are going to build.

Nothing sends. Ever.
Every employee on my staff hands me the work finished. The email is drafted. The proposal is built. The report is done. And it sits there with my name on it until I say go. Not one of them can hit send, and not one of them ever will.

That is not a limitation I apologize for. It is the entire design, and it is the reason I can hand 41 employees the keys to a business I spent a quarter century building. They do the work. I still sign.

Which turns out to be the whole difference between the two things on offer right now:

Autopilot AI
A staffed company
Acts on your behalf without asking
Hands you the work, finished, unsent
You find out after it happened
You approve before it happens
Sounds like AI wrote it
Sounds like you, because it learned you
Your work lives on their servers
Your staff is yours, and portable
Takes a percentage of what you earn
Costs the subscription you already pay
Cancel it and the company stops
Built once. Yours for life.

Your staff should not take a cut of your revenue. Your staff should not hold your business hostage. Your staff should work for you, and you should own them.

The company you are about to run

Your AI staff, department by department.

You have seen mine. Here is the company you build. Room by room, you staff each of these departments, one at a time, until the whole org is working for you. If you came from the masterclass, this is what comes after the Gold Mine and your first board: the rest of the staff.

Your Executive Office

Seven chiefs who each own a whole department and run it while you are on stage, on a plane, or asleep.

Your Marketing Team

LinkedIn posts, blogs, thumbnails, and ad copy, written in your voice before you wake up.

Your Content Studio

Articles, captions, and long-form content, drafted from a single dictation and finished in your voice.

Your Front Office

Proposals written, inquiries answered warm, and no follow-up ever left to go cold.

Your Back Office

Every expense categorized and a clean P&L on the first of the month, without you touching a spreadsheet.

Your Search and Visibility Team

SEO and GEO built in, so Google finds you and ChatGPT recommends you by name.

Your Web Team

Landing pages and sales pages, in your brand, live on the internet the same day you ask.

Your Legal Desk

Your AI House Rules and a client confidentiality policy, shaped with my attorney. Almost nobody in this space teaches it.

Your Custom Hire

Build any employee your business needs, behind your own one-word command. The staff is never finished growing.

Nine departments. One founder. And every hire in every one of them is trained on your business, your voice, and your standards.

Every room is open the day you enroll. Weekly live office hours. Everything on-demand and yours for life.

Do the math yourself

Build your payroll. Watch what you never pay.

Check the employees you would otherwise hire. These are real, conservative freelance and contractor rates, nothing inflated. Your AI staff does every one of these jobs on a subscription you already pay. Toggle anything you would not hire, and drag the slider to your own week.

Every employee on this page runs my company right now, while I am on stage, on a plane, or asleep. I am not teaching you a theory I read about. I am handing you the exact staff I built to run a twenty-five-year business, with clients like Amazon and Coca-Cola on the roster, without hiring a single human. One of my founders runs a luxury lakehouse Airbnb on Lake Michigan. Her staff does not care what industry it works in, and neither will yours.

"You won me over Russell. Congrats, Myra."

"I spent this week in Russell Brunson's AI Secrets class with my head exploding at everything that is possible. Then one email from Myra pulled me back to what I actually need: a staffed back office and more ease in my life. You won me over Russell. Congrats, Myra."

The Follow-Up Director is the one I would hand a friend first, because it fixes the thing that quietly costs you the most money and gets the least of your attention: the inquiry that sat in your inbox for four days while you were busy being brilliant at something else.

Job description: reads any inquiry that comes in, works out what the person is actually asking for, and writes the reply in your voice with the next step already proposed. Hands it to you as a draft. Never sends it.

STEP THREE

No card. No trial that expires. It is yours whether or not you ever buy anything from me.

If it does not sound like you, close the tab and neither of us has lost anything. If it does sound like you, you have just met employee number one, and there are forty more where that came from.

Here is the part nobody says out loud. Six months from now there will be two kinds of solo experts: the ones with a staff, and the ones still typing everything themselves. AI will not replace you. But the version of you with a staffed back office moves at a different speed, books more, and finally does the work she is brilliant at. This is how you become her.

Not what you learn. What you leave with.

Seven weeks from now, this is your payroll.

Every room in this program ends with something real on your books. Not notes. Not inspiration. Hires. By the Grand Opening, here is what is working for you:

Employee No. 1, hired from your own worst headache, housed in its own office, already delivering real work in your voice
Three executives with offices, context vaults, and job descriptions, each owning a whole department of your business
A standing Boardroom of world-class advisors that convenes in one line, so you never make a big decision alone again
A bench of three specialists on call for the work you used to rent: proposals, posts, notes, thumbnails
The prompt engineer’s skill, proven with a 10 out of 10 prompt you write entirely by hand. Not my prompts. Your craft, for life
Your own slash command: a whole employee behind a single word, built by you
A live web page your AI web designer built to your brand, published, with a URL you can send tonight
Your AI House Rules, the one-page policy my attorney helped shape, so you run your staff like a professional
Your org chart and ninety-day staffing roadmap: what you hire next, in what order, and why
Your certificate, earned twice over: a working prompt engineer, and a founder with a staff

Picture the first Monday after your Grand Opening. You open your laptop and the posts are written, the proposal is drafted, the P&L is clean, and the follow-ups already went out, all before your coffee is cold. That is not the dream. That is the deliverable.

Seven or more working hires on payroll. One founder. That is the walk-away.

You have seen the staff. You have seen the payroll it replaces. The only question left is whose name is on the door.

The week you enroll, a private booking link lands in your inbox. Pick any time that works for you, this month or next. First you complete my discovery questionnaire, the same intake my corporate clients fill out before I design their training. I study it before we talk. Then we spend thirty minutes on a private video call mapping your business, and you walk away with your personal staffing blueprint: the org chart I would build for you, the employees I would hire first, in the order I would hire them. Bring it to any live office hours. This is your call, on your calendar, and it is not a race. You never lose it by moving slowly.

The one hire nobody else can offer you. An AI advisor trained on every framework in this program and on the way I actually coach: ask it anything, at any hour. How to word the email. How to price the offer. Which hire comes next. It answers the way I would, it interviews you the way I do, and when you bring it a task you dread, it turns that task into your next employee on the spot. The closest thing to texting me at 2 a.m., and it never sleeps, because it is staff.

Delivered the day you enroll: twenty of my pre-built employees as install kits. The LinkedIn Ghostwriter. The Proposal Writer. The Meeting Note Taker. The Bookkeeper. The Follow-Up Director. And fifteen more behind them. Each installs in minutes, and the course teaches you to retrain every one on your voice, your clients, your standards. Most people spend seven weeks building their first staff. You start with one.

$2,997
Bonus 6

The Org Chart Review: my eyes on your company

At graduation, you submit your capstone org chart and I review it personally: what you built, what is working, and the three hires I would make next in your business. Not a webinar. Your company, my markup.

$497
Bonus 7

The Monday Report: your staff reports to you every week

Every Monday at 7 a.m., your staff reports to you. What they produced last week, what is finished and sitting on your desk waiting for approval, who has gone quiet, and the one hire that would help most this week. Installed in your first hour, running before your first employee is even built. A staff you cannot see is a staff you stop using by week three. This one shows up on its own, so that never happens to you.

$1,200
Total value of the stack$15,182
1If all this did was replace the freelance writer you pay every month, it would cover itself before your first live session.
2If all this did was hand you back the two hours a night you lose to proposals and follow-up, it would be worth ten times what you pay.
3If all this did was get you booked one more time this year, because your name finally shows up where buyers look, it would be the best $1,997 you spent on your business.

It does all three. And then it keeps working, on a subscription you already pay, for as long as you own it.

Everything above: $15,182 in value. The human team it replaces runs well into six figures a year.

The guarantee

The Working-Employee Guarantee: try it, keep it anyway

Here is the mic drop. If this is not for you, you get every dollar back, and you keep all twenty pre-built employees anyway. I would rather you walk away staffed and impressed than stuck and quiet.

The how is easy. The Staffing Agency opens the minute you enroll, so your fourteen days start the day you join. Install one employee, which takes minutes and I show you exactly how. If it has not handed you real time back within fourteen days, write me one email. Done.

I can offer that because I am not guessing. These employees run my company. The only variable is whether you will install one, and I have made that the easiest thing you will do all week.

How the doors work

Nothing to wait for. Your staff starts tonight.

I do not do fake countdowns, and there is no start date to wait for. Here is exactly what happens, so you can decide like the CEO you are about to become.

The minute you enroll
The whole building opens

All fourteen rooms unlock at once, the Staffing Agency opens, and Myra on Retainer clocks in. You install your first pre-built employee tonight, before you have watched a single lesson.

Your first week
Your 1:1, and your first live room with me

Your private booking link arrives and you put the 1:1 on your calendar whenever suits you. Then you bring whatever you are building to the next live office hours, which run once a week, every week, for as long as you are a member.

Seven weeks in, on your clock
The Grand Opening. Ribbon cut, doors open

Seven weeks of work later, on whatever clock your calendar allows, you cut the ribbon on a staffed company: seven or more working hires, your org chart with your name in the middle, your ninety-day staffing roadmap, and your certificate. Then the building keeps growing, and every new file and every new nugget is included, for life.

Every room, every prompt, and every employee you build is yours to keep, for life. The only thing that moves is how long you wait to start.

Built for the founder who is currently employed as everyone.

Speakers and trainers

You are unforgettable on stage and buried everywhere else. Your staff handles the proposals, the follow-up, the content, and the workbooks, while you handle the room.

Consultants and coaches

Your expertise is the product, and admin is eating it alive. Your staff drafts the deliverables, preps the calls, and keeps every client warm between sessions.

Any founder running it alone

Realtors. Short-term rental owners. Agency-of-one operators. If you run the business by yourself, you qualify. One of my current members runs an Airbnb company. Her staff does not care what industry it works in.

Questions, answered straight.

I am not technical. Truly. Can I do this?
Yes, and you are exactly who this was built for. There is no code anywhere in this program. If you can copy, paste, and answer questions in plain English, you can build every employee in this curriculum. The build-along pages put every prompt one click from your clipboard, and the weekly live sessions exist so nobody gets stuck alone.
Which AI tools do I need? Do I have to pay for subscriptions?
A free Claude account and a free ChatGPT account are enough for every build in this course, and I show you exactly how to work inside the free limits. If you later choose a paid plan, roughly twenty dollars a month, your staff simply gets more hours in its day. Either way, your payroll is a subscription, not a salary.
When do the rooms open? Do I get everything at once?
You get everything at once. All fourteen rooms unlock the moment you enroll, laid out in the order I would build them, so you always know what to build next and you never have to guess. Every room is on-demand and yours to keep, so you watch it whenever you want, as many times as you want, for life.
Can I really go at my own pace, or will I fall behind?
You cannot fall behind, because there is nothing to keep up with. The rooms are on-demand and they never expire. Miss a week, take a vacation, come back in November, and everything is still sitting there in order, waiting for you. You go at the pace your calendar allows, and it is always here.
When does it start? Do I have to wait for a group to begin?
There is no start date and no cohort to wait for. You start the minute you enroll. All fourteen rooms open, the Staffing Agency opens, and Myra on Retainer clocks in, all at once. Install your first pre-built employee tonight, book your private 1:1 whenever suits you, and bring whatever you are building to the next live office hours.
When are the live office hours, and what if I travel?
I hold live office hours once a week, every week, for as long as you are a member. The schedule is posted inside your headquarters. Every session is recorded and posted, so if you are on stage in another city that week, you never lose it. Live makes it better. It has never been required to finish.
How much time does this take each week?
Plan on about ninety minutes to two hours a week: that week’s rooms of short, focused lessons, one real build, and the live Q&A if you can make it. This program is measured in what you build, not how long you watch.
What if I cannot make the live sessions?
Every Live Build is recorded and posted, and the build-along pages let you run the entire build on your own schedule. Live attendance makes it better. It has never been required to finish.
I did not attend the 3-Day Live Build. Am I behind?
Not even slightly. The Lobby has two doors: masterclass graduates take the fast door, and brand-new members take the guided door, which catches you up completely by the end of Room 2. The curriculum was designed so neither group waits on the other.
I attended the masterclass. Is this just more of the same?
The masterclass handed you the skill and your first starter hires. This is the staff. End-to-end employees that own whole departments, your Boardroom, your bench, your own slash command, a published page, and the org chart with your name in the middle. The three days were the trailhead. This is the climb, with me beside you.
Is this safe to use with client work?
That question matters so much it has its own room. The Counsel’s Office covers client confidentiality, ownership of output, and disclosure, shaped with my attorney and my research consultant, who join a live session to take your questions. You graduate with a one-page AI policy of your own. Almost no program in this space teaches it. Mine does.

Stop being the intern in your own business.

You are one person carrying the workload of a firm. That was never a character flaw. It was a staffing problem, and you are one decision away from solving it. Seven weeks from now, you can be the founder of a staffed company. Or you can still be everyone.
