Build Your AI Back Office: The 3-Day Live Masterclass
In three days I will hand you the strategy behind my entire staff of AI employees, the two frameworks I use to hire them, and the Gold Mine, the prompt system that powers everything I build, yours to keep. You will leave knowing exactly how to staff your business with AI, and ready to build it. No code. Free to attend.
Everyone else stops at AI agents. I run my business on a 41-member AI staff. In three days I will show you the difference, and start you building.
Live with Myra Golden. Seats are limited.
I run a business by myself that would take most people a whole team.
A business this size usually carries a staff of about ten.
The difference? Seven full-time AI employees I built myself, backed by a bench of 34 specialists. A staff of 41, on one AI subscription.
The team that runs it
Seven full-time AI employees lead it, and a bench of 34 specialists stands behind them. Forty-one in all.
Picture your Tuesday once your back office runs itself
Before you finish your first cup of coffee, your Chief of Staff has already handed you the day. One short briefing: today's calls, your follow-ups, and the one message that actually needs you. You did not open a single app to find it. It was waiting.
Through the day, another employee quietly works your inbox. It reads what comes in, writes the replies in your voice, and leaves them waiting as drafts in a folder. Answering your email becomes something you approve in a glance, not something you dread.
On the morning you fly out to your biggest client, the one worth more than any deal you have ever closed, your Chief of Staff hands you one short brief. Your airline, your hotel, the time you sit for hair and makeup, exactly where to meet your client, and a quiet nudge to confirm dinner. You save it to your phone, and you stop carrying the logistics in your head.
And your Client Experience Director owns the entire client journey. The moment a client says yes, it sends your discovery questionnaire. It turns their answers into a polished outline for the session, the one you hand the client so they see exactly what you will deliver. It designs your slide deck. It builds the kind of workshop workbook that makes a Fortune 500 ask you back. Then, after the event, it sends the thank-you and asks for the testimonial. From the first hello to the final review, you barely touch it.
This is not a someday fantasy. This is my life now. It took me forty-five days to go from using ChatGPT the way you probably do right now, writing emails, blog posts, and captions, to running my entire business on an AI workforce I built myself. Seven full-time employees, with a bench of 34 specialists behind them. Forty-five days from tool to team. That is how fast this moves once someone hands you the path, and in three days I am going to show you exactly how it starts.
Why this is different
Everyone is teaching you to build an AI agent. An employee is a different thing.
Your whole feed is selling you the same thing right now: build an AI agent. An agent does a task. You ask, it answers, you move on. Useful, and it is exactly where almost every course stops. You finish with a pile of clever tricks and a to-do list that somehow got longer.
An employee owns a job. It knows your business, runs the work from the first step to the last, and shows up whether you do or not. Watch my Client Experience Director take a single yes from a client and run the whole journey by itself.
My actual Client Experience Director, drafting the Letter of Agreement and the cover email, then closing out Stage 1 of 12, on its own.
That is the line this whole challenge is built on. You will not leave with prompts you mean to use someday. You will leave with the strategy, the frameworks, and the Gold Mine, plus a clear picture of the staff you could build.
- Does one task when asked
- You drive it, every time
- Forgotten by Friday
- Owns the whole job
- It runs while you lead
- On your org chart for good
It was almost midnight
That was the night it hit me. The better I got on the stage, the more of the business landed on me. The industry has a name for it, the solopreneur's paradox: the skill that earns your fee is the same skill that pulls you off the stage and onto the floor.
If you have ever sent a proposal three days late, or watched a warm lead go cold while you were in the air, you know exactly what I mean.
You do not need to hire your back office. You need to build it.
This is a build, not a webinar
The AI Back Office Challenge is three days, live with me, where I build real, working AI on screen, one employee at a time, for the price of one Claude subscription. You will not watch me talk about AI and leave with notes. You will see me build the real thing live, run the Gold Mine yourself, and leave with the prompt system that powers everything I build, plus a clear plan to staff your business.
Three days. Three frameworks. The blueprint for a staff you keep.
Live each day at 1:00 PM ET, 90 minutes
HIRE
The framework that turns any task you dread into an AI employee. Watch me build one live, the AI that hands you your mornings back.
CAST
How to assemble your Boardroom of world-class advisors on demand, so you never make a big decision alone again.
The Gold Mine
The prompt system behind everything I build, yours to keep, so your AI is brilliant every single time, even if you have never written a good prompt.
Built for the expert who wants to own it, not outsource it
This is for the expert who is done collecting AI tricks and is ready to start building toward a staff that actually runs the work. Professional speakers, consultants, solopreneurs, and small business owners who are ready to stop being the intern in their own company. If you can have a conversation, you can build these. No code, no overwhelm, no team required.
Here is the difference that matters. Most tools rent you an agent. You pick it off their shelf, it lives in their system, and the day you stop paying, it is gone. You build yours by talking, in plain language, and you keep the recipes on your own computer. Buy a house and you take what someone else designed. Build it and you are the architect: you get exactly what you want, and it is yours. Switch to another AI tomorrow and your whole staff comes with you.
You do not rent this staff. You build it, and you own it.
I am not new to telling a machine what to do
When I was thirteen, my dad, a junior high math teacher, brought home our first computer, a Commodore VIC-20, and taught me to code in BASIC, the language of line numbers and IF-THEN logic. You give the machine exact instructions, in the right order, and it does exactly what you asked. In the evenings we programmed together. He even wrote a little program to keep the books for our church, years before any app existed to do it. That precision never left me.
So when AI arrived, I did not flail the way most people did. I took a short class on writing a great prompt, opened the screen, and the old skill came right back. Telling a machine who to be and what I wanted was the same muscle I built at thirteen. I have been doing this for more than forty years. I cracked it, and I built the Gold Mine so you can skip the forty years and get the result tomorrow.
"These get me thinking of so many ways I could be utilizing AI not only for myself but also for pieces of my team's work."

Save My Free SeatWho is teaching this
I am Myra Golden, and for 25 years I have trained the world's biggest brands. Walmart. Coca-Cola. McDonald's. Three NFL franchises. More than 3.2 million people have come through my digital courses, including a partnership worth over $1,000,000 with the largest corporate learning company on earth.
That last number is the one to notice. It is the thing every speaker wants and few ever crack: you walk off the stage, and the room buys. Back-of-the-room sales, at scale.
Today I run my whole business on a staff of 41: seven full-time AI employees and a bench of 34 specialists, all built myself.
I am not here to sell you a fantasy. I am going to show you my actual Tuesday. Then I am going to show you how to build yours.
