How the
Licensing Agreement Works
When you purchase
the license for the How to Keep Customers Coming Back After
Any Service Mishap in-house training program, you agree that
the program is for the sole use of your organization.
Trainers/facilitators are qualified to deliver seminar within
client company only. The client (company) is licensed to
deliver the program, not the trainer(s).
All seminar workbooks, facilitator guides and visuals are
copyrighted with limited use permitted within client
organization. Under penalty of law, no part of these materials
may be duplicated, reproduced, put on-line, stored in a
retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means,
electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise
without prior written consent of Myra Golden.
The purchase of this license does not permit their inclusion
in other works, or the creation of derivative works, without
the written permission of Myra Golden. |
